— This plan is right for you if you need full spectrum support in getting stronger, gaining confidence as a runner and attaining your goals.​

Includes
— Your very own running program that evolves with and adapts to your work/ life plans/ travel/ other exercise etc., combined with a strength and conditioning plan, weekly 1:1.
— Running form assessment and guidance (quarterly)
— Your own race strategy and fueling plan

— Plan hosted on training platform VDot, syncing to all major running watches and trackers
— This plan is optimal for levelling up your running in both the short-and the long-term, gearing up for a race, building a lifestyle, and gaining strength.
